SOALS is a creative writing club, conversation space, and mentorship community where teens are supported to build a portfolio of work they’re proud of.

Our members are writing:

Multiple online sessions are hosted per week, each includes:

WRITING.
Dedicated time to focus, explore ideas, and get words on the page. Prompts are offered each session, but members are encouraged to follow whatever interests them!

FEEDBACK & DISCUSSION.
Small group conversations where students share their work, give and receive thoughtful feedback, and get support on how to express their ideas more clearly.

REFINEMENT.
Guidance from mentors to help each member strengthen their writing, think more deeply, and continue developing their work.
